Lindsay has just completed a spell in rehab for alcohol addiction and has recently rekindled her romance with playboy Calum, the son of legendary footballer George Best, even introducing him to mother Dina.
Since leaving rehab she has been dogged by rumours of a serious drug habit, and pictures surfaced of her allegedly caught on camera snorting cocaine. She has denied the reports.
Jellinek described his young, male readership as being "obsessed" with the 20-year-old party-girl, who spent the weekend soaking up the sun Calum Best in the Bahamas.
Fantastic Four actress Jessica Alba had to settle for the No. 2 slot on the list.
She's followed, in order, by Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Biel, Eva Mendes, Rihanna, Eva Longoria, Fergie, Sienna Miller, Angelina Jolie, and Beyonce Knowles.
